Senator Weld moved to amend the bill on page 7, section 10, line 34, after the word “occurred” by inserting the words “or in the circuit court of the county in which the abortifacient was received”;

And,

On page 8, section 10, after line 55, by adding a new subdivision, designated subdivision (6), to read as follows:

(6) A manufacturer or distributor sending an abortifacient for use in connection with a lawfully valid prescription issued by a licensed medical professional in this state in accordance with the provisions of §16-2R-3 of this code.
